If, however, you are not satisfied with your gloves for any reason, Gaspar Gloves offers a 15-day exchange. We also have a return policy with a 15% restocking fee.
There is no additional shipping charge for exchanges within the USA. We do not cover shipping charges for international customers. Items must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached. We must receive the item within 15 days of recipt, in their original packing.
All sale items marked down are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient's address. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you, upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
Custom orders are specially made for you according to your specifications. Therefore we cannot accept returns, a request for refund, or an exchange under any circumstances.
