We at Gaspar Gloves take great pride in our products and do the utmost

to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition without any

manufacturing defects. If, however, you are not satisfied with your

gloves for any reason, Gaspar Gloves offers a 15-day exchange/return

policy. If you choose to return for a refund, there is a 15% restocking

fee, and the cost of shipping is deducted.

After 15 days from receipt, items can only be returned for store credit.


Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an exchange is requested,

the first exchange shipment from Gaspar to the customer is free within the US.

We do not cover shipping charges for international customers,

except in selected regions as indicated. Items must be in new, unworn,

and undamaged condition with all tags attached. The gloves must be

returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packing.


All discounted items are final sale and can be denied for return or

exchange at our discretion. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the

product to you or your designated recipient's address. The risk of loss

and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of

the items to the carrier.

Custom orders are specially made for you according to your

specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, a request for

refund, or an exchange under any circumstances.
